How are seats counted?+

Practice is billed at R 800 per user / month for each active seat. Client-portal users are free and unlimited.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes — a 14-day Practice trial after a demo call so we can configure your workflow templates first.

Do you offer annual billing?+

Yes — annual contracts get 17% off, paid up front, with a single ZAR invoice.

What about migration?+

We migrate from Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and most case-management tools. Practice and Enterprise data migration is charged on a time-and-materials basis.

POPIA & data residency?+

All tenant data is stored in South African regions. We sign a DPA on request.
